"I was one of the blind/vision impaired visitors to your motel on Sat. and Sun. for the BCA Convention, and I would like to sincerely thank you and your wonderful staff for the marvellous service you gave to us all, and for the lovely "blind friendly" food, which was served so efficiently, by your friendly staff.

Everyone thought it was great and I do congratulate you all, as having attended several conventions, I know it is a daunting experience for motel staff, to adjust to the different needs of the blind community, but you did an outstanding job!
